does anything not sound right to you mike?? like both ends are on right the carbie moves when i pull on the cable but it doesnt move when i want to put the accelerator on.

the pedal is free? the carby is free?

you haven't clamped it too tight?

mabee pull the cable out and check it? or did it move freely when you took it from the packet.. ???

Have a good look under your dash to make sure nothing is stopping the pedal movement (like your indicator relay etc)
