As the tittle says, Has anyone or know of someone who has put a 'fogger' system in an A-series?

This question comes after watching the grunt files!

Sure, many have done this. I recommend a 25HP shot for a stock A12.

Ernie has an estimated 75HP setup on his A15, but i suspect he has forged pistons and/or it's not really 75HP. It gives a noticeable increase in power (for a few seconds).

There were two ways I was thinking of playing with this idea, possibly just with some methanol for top gear fun. Firstly would be to use the DGV adaptor plate as a fogger plate by drilling into the sides and installing some jets. The other way I'd rather go is using my A14 manifolds' emissions ports on each arm as nos\meth\sugar\ inlets. Either way I don't think you would need much pressure to get a result because the vacume would do some of the work for you.

I had a direct port nitrous setup on my 1200 coupe before I put a ca18det in it, I had a 32/36mm webber, extractors and exhaust and electronic ignition, I used 40hp nozzles (they use theese nozzles on harleys).
I had the car dyno tuned and it had 116hp at the wheels, actually went really well but the nitrous bottle doesnt last long and it is not cheap to refill the bottle, about 100 dollars to fill it up.
