I cut off one pulley and have not had any dramas.
Did not have a puller to remove the pulley, so cut it off by hand with a hacksaw and finished with a file. Should have got a puller, considering I have several lathes at work I can use.

yeah mate i took my pully off the ca and took the front pully off with a lathe. worked no dramas at all, wouldnt be too keen doin with a hacksaw but hey it works i guess

2 there is a engineering place that produces a under driven pully from wagga wagga and they distribute there product of bursons. Possibly under the exa list That's my two cents :)

The n13 exa fwd pulley is 2 row.
You cannot make a 3 row into a 1 row. You can knock one off with no problems. I've never tried taking an exa pulley down to single row. Pretty sure the rubber core would let go, and you end up with a no row pulley. Cheers.

Ross make a single row pulley in their MJ race range. Part no 304500. looks similar to this one.
