1973 Datsun deluxe
Hi Y'all,

I am relisting my 1200 Project car again. Up for grabs is the car as it sits. The motor is a 1.2 liter with a datsun B-210 5-speed transmission. Things that have been done are used motor with reconditioned head about 4k miles ago, new rear main seal, oil pan gasket, resurfaced flywheel, b210 radiator, new rad. cap, new battery, battery cables, and a new fuel filter. The transmission has a new input and output shaft seal, along with fresh oil in the motor and trans. Even the rear diff has fresh oil. The car has new headlights and bulbs all around, along with new rear shocks and good front shocks. (rears are gabriels and the front may be kyb's not sure). Up front the car has new front strut rod bushings, new urathane endlinks, and new inner and outer tierod ends on the right side. The alignment has been done. Wheels are libras or knock offs (not sure) 13x5.5 and the tires are maxxis 175-60-13. The car has a used replaced driver door, along with a passenger front fender. It also has a coupe rear bumper. Inside the head liner is good, the front seats are black and in good shape, and the door panels are in good shape. the dash has a crack and the rear seat is in bad shape, (torn). It has a new inner and outer shifter boot,

Before the carb stopped working I did drive the car a few times to sacramento and back for swap meets. The car has new plates, registered non-op and is current. This is a project car and does need some things to become a daily driver. For one the carbs needs a rebuild, there is high resistance in the electrical when the headlights are turned on, the fuel filler hose is cracked and needs to be replaced, obviously the paint, the car has rust on the roof and hood, and some blister spots through out the outside of the body, and a few things need to be hooked up in side (fan for the blower motor of heater). The window rubber should be replaced.Car is being sold as is, no warranty. If want to see it in person we can arrange that. Ask many questions if you like I will answer them to the best of my knowledge.

HI y'all posting my 1200 for sale again. It runs and drives well, has a whole bunch of stuff replaced new and used. Here's the run down.

New
Tires, battery, battery cables, radiator, rad hoses, inner and outer right side tierod ends, t.c. bushings, poly bushings on endlinks for front sway bar, oil pan gasket, sparkplugs, cap, rotor, rear shocks (gabriel's) headlights, running lights, etc., transmission seals (front and rear), rear main seal, new shifter boot, inner and outer, rubber brake lines, front and rear.

It has a resurfaced flywheel, 210 5-speed transmission, a rebuilt stock carburator, fresh oil in the differential, engine, and transmission, alignment has been done, factory tach, door panels and headliner still in good shape, dash and rear seat are cracked/torn. body has sandable surface rust, currently registered on non-op, new plates. Does have a coupe rear bumper.

Car does need some TLC and minor maintence do be done. Car is sound and drives good. Feel free to ask any questions. - thanks.

Golly - more Libra-esque wheels. Don't see these for years and now there's (2) California 1200 sedans listed within a month that have them. These rims look great on the Dattos. This baby is a little worn around the edges, but it does have the OEM tach in it and those nifty rims, plus the 5-speed would make it freeway friendly. What would readers out in 1200 land offer up for this diamond in the rough?
