Hi,

After searching the web and local Portuguese shops, I've only found 4-2-1 headers in Australia and NZ, so although I have no welding experience I've decided to build one.
(My father in law has many years experience and all the gear... so it's doable.)

One of the Australian shops send me this measurements, so this is my initial plan,
starting from this autocad drawing for the head bolting part. http://members.iinet.net.au/~tnpshow/datsun.htm

Primary 1 1/2"(38.1mm) 8-14" (203-355mm)long
Secondary 1 5/8" (41.27mm) 18" (457mm) long
Outlet 2" (50.8mm)

The purpose is to work with my A14 project.

I've found some bits and pieces to build it ... but after this I'm a bit lost, any one has a plan for the angles and turns? Or you simply start welding away and make it fit?

Any tips from the torch wizards?

Thanks.

daniel
