I have a clutch plate for a 63A gearbox which is surplus to my requirements. It's new unused and in still in the box. I got it from the US where they can be found if you look. (A 74 - 78 B210 5 speed is what you need). It is used with a common/garden variety A series pressure plate. If you're lucky enough to have a 63A box, you need it or will need it.
