so i'm still alive, and so is the project

got onto painting stuff again now that the weather is half decent. got most of the removable stuff painted. should have it finished off next weekend

paint isn't coming out quite as good as it could be, getting a decent amount of orange peel effect happening.
but for now I'm just pushing on and turning everything green as i can always give it a quick rub back later and another coat.

wanting to try and get it all painted in the next month or 2....just like i've been wanting to get it painted over the last year or 2

but at least now some kinda work is happening on it again

oh and i dont know if i said anywhere about the sierra...but the forged CA for the wagon has been nicely run in now thanks to it

Comon, get that tank rolling

I always had bad thoughts about a track only sierra all lowered LWB version with chopped roof and RWD only using rod hadfield double wishbone front end and a hayabusa turbo.

bought a wedding tent/gazebo thing off ebay so i will now have somewhere to paint the shell.
unfortunately one of the guards decided to jump off its hook when it was drying on the weekend so now have to do a bit more bogging on that, just annoying coz the guard was all finished and ready to go

looking forward to having the ca back in a 1200, its fun in the suzi but not quite the same when im not confident driving the suzi at speeds over about 120kph. the brick like aero and huge driveline drag also make it considerably slower and less fuel efficient too

and there's the wagons engine, just staying safe in the suzi engine bay

Good to see you resurface your an asset to this forum. When your done you can do mine to if you like. Misses wants to buy another house so thats kind of put all my projects on hold but will have a nice size shed to work in since thats my priority when house hunting.

CAR IS PAINTED

need to block it back and then give it a polish as the paint didnt come out perfect....but theres about 6 or 7 coat on the main shell so plenty to play with
