i have put the h190 in the rear and to match up the front and fill out the flares i need about 20-25mm extra track on the front. i was thinking yeah no worries bolt on spacers. but now im thinking i can probably get that with stanza lca's or similar. does anyone know the length difference and any other issues with using some longer lca's? should give some good negative camber but hopefully not too much

Looking good, its so satisfying when you get a coat of paint or primer on it.
I painted the stanza in the weekend, stripped friday night, primer sat, rubdown and paint on the sunday, was good fun, got a few runs in it though and 2 packs a bitch to colour sand. How low are you going with the car? If you go too low I know it will mess with your bumpsteer which would only be increased by longer lca's. Im assuming you aren't doing anything strut wise and just using the original stuff? Im pretty sure the stanza lca's aren't longer though, its the balljoint. I think you'd have to use stanza lca's, balljoints and then late model ute steering arms so that they bolt to the original 1200 strut and also to the larger sized balljoint.

Someone had used 200b steering arms to get extra track, how much extra track is another question.

Use 180b outer tie rod ends with the 200b steering arms. You also have to put a spacer between the top of the steering arm & the nut. it'll increase the track about 15 mm each side, so about 30 mm track increase.

please explain the spacer? between the steering arm and tie rod nut or ball joint nut?
i want an extra 20-25mm on each side actually 15mm might be good though You can view topic.
