if youre blacking the cooler out- please use black silicon hose and piping si it cant be seen through the grill. looks more stelth and in tune with the black on orange paint theme too

Het your surge tank won't work like that it needs to be mounted flat and under the car cos I got the same Tank and they don't have tubes they are worked by height of bungs

yeah mik all black... no showy under bonnet for me

nick, i realised that, my solution was to run the return hose in a fashion where the hose runs higher than the tank, hence why you can see it curl around on the strut tower, that way due to the height of the hose the surge tank will still have to fill before the petrol will climb up the hose to drain back to tank. make sense?

i emailed the dude that made mine to discuss it, he said he could put tubes in if requested on order, but yeah he designed it to be used as you mentioned

something to consider if you like my surge setup

im interested to see how the radiator goes, would love to replace mine eventually nwith some thing thicker to cool better in hot weather.

measured it up for thermos. should fit a 10 and an 8 inch thermo on it, stage them to come on at 85 and 90, cant see it overheating. a 12 and 8 may be possible just
