is this etup still going cos i am in desperate need of info on this setup ,ive been thinking that it might be easyer to use S13 struts on my coupe as they will be easyer to find /replace if or when i come of the track ,so i would rather not be trying to find 180b struts when i crash !!

It's still going ahead Estyre, infact.....

Update: I now have CA rotors and callipers which suit me fine. I sold the SR20 calipers to a friend but kept the discs as I could use S14 twin pots with the 280mm disc or something else but that's another story for later.

Here I have the SR setup with my 14x6 jellybean to show the clearance. Matty commented that only one set of his 14's cleared these brakes and I agree, it's close! The wheel weight inside the rim was scratching on the calliper.

Here's the two setups as well as the brake pad area comparo.

I was trying to find a pm I got from someone a while ago offering me some isc coilovers and slotted 280mm rotors but alas I cannot find it. All coil overs are just a pain on the bum if your thinking about the price of them (Must be a Datto personality trait hating pricey bits?).

Another thing I may have sorted out is the swaybar link and this one was by accident, I haven't fitted it up yet to check. I was at the wreckers a few weeks ago looking for tie rods to work on this (found a couple of hopefuls but I couldn't measure them) and I noticed a couple of N13 Pulsars sitting sad at the back of the yard.

I belive Nissan kept this part the same till the N16 so they wont be hard to find.

Don't you have a rack and pinion setup? running an assisted rack with the compressor in some cases can improve feedback but the gearing also makes the effort increased significantly.

Speaking of Bluebirds.... I had a look at some parts for the trusty 910 and low and behold VVV

The R31 arm is the same length as the 910 arm, I already knew the LCA bushes were the same for them, not sure about the ball joint part number though. It does bolt up to the S13 knuckle as the Bluebird boys like this S13 mod too. If you were to use the 910 arm in your own installation you'd need the castor rods to go with them as you can see they start off in different directions.

You could use the bluebird castor bars with the bluebird arms because they point in the right direction once they've gotten past the arm.

A quick note on Sway bar links. I was looking at a S13 wreck and low and behold the sway bar link looks just like the Pulsar one I got myself only it's mounted upside down. Who would of picked it?
