Are you running the 1:1 blowthrough malpassi, there are 3 types just check its the correct one mate. Also it wont work if the fuel in/out are around the wrong way on the reg. Return line needs to be free from restrictions, i tend to use 10mm. With the carby malpassi reg you should be able to set base fuel pressure to around 5psi. Check with your gauge this rises to around 12psi (base5 + 7 boost) under full boost. Check the float level, try raising it alittle. Make sure the needle and seat are ok, not sticking. Most people drill them out to 2.5mm anyway to ensure better flow as the bowls arnt exactly huge. With the lid off carby and fuel line/pump on and working check needle and seat seals up. Also how lean was it getting what was the AFR? Hope that helps a little. Ill be going a holley 350 on my turbo a12 always another option. Cheers

The float bowls haven't crushed or something silly causing them them to bind in spots or something? would that block the fuel inlet off so there's too much pressure where it shouldn't be

sorry guys i still cant seem to stop this lean out i adjusted my fuel presure reg so thats all good now
and i tried to run a line out of the vent on top of my weber to my actuator and also tried conecting this to my manifold but neither of these worked so i am just stuck on this vent wot do i do to it? i'v tried just blocking it off and this didnot fix the lean out is there anyone one here with experience with blowthrough turbo that could come around and help me out??

yes the fuel pressure guage the one i bought the otherday doesnt work so im yet to return it but am going to borrow a mates so fix this prob
i my malpassi feul reg is all hooked up correctly but i think where i went wrong due to no preasure guage is that i adjusted the fuel reg to max so i would always have fuel due to no preasure guage so i think that if i use my mates fuel press and adjust my fuel pressure down so at idle its about 7-8psi then i should b laughing right??

Sort your fuel pressure out first before you stuff with other things. If you can't get fuel pressure well below 15psi at idle, something is wrong. Its not your pump or regulator themselves but its more thank likely how you have your regulator connected

ok so i did this last night but couldnt test drive it very well because it was now misfiring down low i think cause of over fueling so tonight i will go buy some smaller jets for the primary
and c how that goes..

Line to fuel bowl tapped off between turbo & carb [not carb & engine]. Mcgee's right, just long winded. How about drawing a diagram of set up?

well i ran a new fuel line from the bottom of my fuel tank with filter and pump then to front of car with another filter and then the fuel reg and used my old fuel line as a return and i have my fuel reg vacum to my manifold and that did nothing it wouldnt give it enuff fuel so i had to adjust the reg the screw all the way in for it to b driveable and i checked it with a fuel pressure guage and its running at 15 psi all the time
but still leaning out under boost You can view topic.
