decomp = less power :(

Decomp = more boost or more reliability!

Running 10psi without pinging I think the motor is decomp'ed allready, but a little bit more might make it safer to crank up the boost a bit.
Will need to be dyno'ed though for the fuel side of things.

If you can stretch the budget a bit a Wolf 4D computer with hand controller will give you hugely more accurate fuel & ignition settings at more points in the rev range, also you can switch between race and road settings or make adjustments on the go.

im told motor is stock straight from a sunny with low k's and tap's the lines for the turbo and lost interest . i like the tune in it but not wantin to spend much on it has that is wat the utes for and i dont wanna be braking stuff allthe time

You have most of the stuff for a strong drive train.

AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sounds to me like your in the same boat i was arond november last year, I got sick of blowing diffs and axels, i thought i have to re-engineer the car arond the engine which is what i did, and i'm still doing!

Go the T-50 for sure! A-series boxs don't like too much boost, as you have found out! i would recomend a good quality clutch for it as well.

I found that you only really need to decompress the engine if you want to run big boost, i ran 8-10 psi for ages with no detonation problems, but that was through a carby. I recommend getting a good tune to get the EFI running perfectly, Espeically if its a daily driver.

How well did it go befor the clutch and diff gave way?

It was quite fast, to say the least. I agree with Jordy on the 14second quarter time.

Personal opinion here

Pull the motor apart now and check the bearings for signs of detonation
Chances are you have already lunched the pistons and rings anyway

When your happy with the bottom end put it back together

If its got stock pistons in it now your as decompressed as I'd want to go without making it doughy off boost

With all those crazy injectors on it maybe you should make one of them pump a methanol/water mix to help cooling intake temps and providing more bang for your buck

Then get it tuned to suit

Thats what I would do if it was me and you weren't looking to spend huge on reinjecting it and building it for boost

As for the clutch and box...I'd use the T50 but its not going to handle abuse much more than the stock box
And if you use the clutches Dellow says to use they use the standard A pressure plate so its no bigger or better than what you have
Unless you get the flywheel redrilled for a Toyota 200mm clutch like mine is
And if you lighten the flywheel it will rev faster.... might take your ankles off if you take too much off it though

And Skylines do break... often... and they cost more to fix
