stock pump wont put out enough pressure for boost, you should have gone elec with a pressure regulator.

4psi fuel plus 10psi boost needs 14psi fuel pressure almost from memory

I think thats your problem dude. 15psi and no water/methonal, intake temps will be way to high. You could try richinig it right up I guess. What a14_force said is the way to go, just get an a/f ratio meter and go for a drive. At least you will be able to see whats doing. You could even try a bottle of octaine booster and see what happens.

any ideas on jetting and timing settings?

For the timing:
Naturally apirated: 35 degrees total advance at 2400 RPM or higher, full throttle
Boosted: 28 degrees total advance is a good ballpark figure to start with

Jetting for which carburetor?

jetting is for a 32/36 dgav

also wat is a good static timing i should set. If total is to be 28 with boost, i have an e15 elec dizzy.

Im gona sugest if 35 is total for a Standard 1200 and I think base timeing is about 8 degrees if you run 1degree at idel you should get ya total 28??

Treat it like a turbo motor. Lock the dizzy and set the base timing to 20 degrees. Unless you have an E15T dizzy which will have boost retard. Then you can set the timing normal.
