If you where to pay $300 you would be looking at a body that did'nt need much work,but make sure the boot lid is'nt rooted,they go rusty round the lock area and across the bottom,the front guards will likely be knackered where they touch the A pillar..thats normal and easy to cut and plate,also where the fuel tank screws to the boot floor can be suss.
Don't like your chances of finding much in the way of interior bits as where talking rocking horse manure.If however you where thinking just a harness and single seat for some sprint action on the track then i reckon it would'nt be half bad.
I fear old mate who owns it,unless he has a lot of time and cash available it'll never see the light of day cause anything much heavier than an A series is gonna need a lot of work(see re manufacturing)on the front end along with a stronger driveline to take what he's indicated.
I think with the stuff i think you have aquired in recent times you should grab it,if you do we can talk on any future for it later.
