i didnt like them at 1st and i had a 1000 2dr and ute. once i bought a coupe i thought it was beter than the rest. $300.... i recon its worth more than that persoanlly. in time it will be worth somthing considering a mazda r100 fetches $15k for a rolling body. go on andy u know in ur heart another one has to come home :P

sedan seats fit, but no recline,
if the dash is there all good,
door trims, i might have a handle on some..

If you where to pay $300 you would be looking at a body that did'nt need much work,but make sure the boot lid is'nt rooted,they go rusty round the lock area and across the bottom,the front guards will likely be knackered where they touch the A pillar..thats normal and easy to cut and plate,also where the fuel tank screws to the boot floor can be suss.
Don't like your chances of finding much in the way of interior bits as where talking rocking horse manure.If however you where thinking just a harness and single seat for some sprint action on the track then i reckon it would'nt be half bad.
I fear old mate who owns it,unless he has a lot of time and cash available it'll never see the light of day cause anything much heavier than an A series is gonna need a lot of work(see re manufacturing)on the front end along with a stronger driveline to take what he's indicated.
I think with the stuff i think you have aquired in recent times you should grab it,if you do we can talk on any future for it later.

getting the missing parts in decent condition could be very difficult, they were a model run of less than 1 year and only sold in aust and japan and are worth a lot more in japan. missing most of the interior could be a challenge depending on how original or customized u want to go.
what its worth, good shell but incomplete car, about $500 tops, then sometimes people will just give it to you if u promise to bring it back and show them the finished restoration.

ooh maybe he wants to much but is threatening to cut it up and put a big 6 in it. Not sure i like that idea so am trying to rescue it from being to butchered.
