Some wheel shops in Australia are capable of getting wheels like that, Its just that most people see how much it costs to get such fitment and decide thay rather spend money elsewhere.

ok rust / corrosion same thing imo my sister has speedy rims one year old and they have corrosion there heavy wheels the ones that come in alloy and black normaly corrosion started under the black . the center caps are #OOPS# house plastic . i buy my rims from japan where there made to quality not to price .
yes i buy my tyres from a tyre shop .
