datski620, thanks for putting up the photos.

when on the dyno, (and runnning an old wolf 3d) I only revved the engine to 6000rpm. at this point it made 96 rear wheel BHP. The engine revs to something like 7800 and should make about 120 rear wheel at 7400. Looking at the factory power curve, 96 odd is what it should have at 6000RPM so the engine is healthy.

Also keep in mind it was a quick and safe tune, so it might be possible to get more HP out of it. (dyno run graph is available)

It has NOT been engineered. I did apply to do the mods and have a list of things the engineer will need to inspect. I have even made a down payment with an engineer for him to inspect the car.

first time i drove the car after finishing it, i was pulled over and given a yellow sticker because I had no permits for the engine mods. I had it on the road later on, using temporary road permits. I used them to get tyres, exhaust and dyno tune.

From memory, the vovlo brakes are of a 244. They attach directly to the stanza struts. However, the brake bias also needs to be changed, and from memory so does the size of the master cylinder.

May i ask how you went about fitting the volvo calipers (e.g caliper brackets) and what model they came off ?.
