Brakes are fixed, my lefthand rear adjuster was siezed. Got them checked at the local exhaust/repair shop, on the way home the brakes were worse than before so I had a quick look and found a pair of Visegrips still clamped on my front left caliper hose!
Got the exhaust fitted now all I can hear is induction noise (that turns some heads!). Fixed my fuel sender unit so now my guage works, I hate having no fuel guage

The guys at the shop, and all the way home I was trying to work out what was making a rubbing sound around left hand corners!

Doesn't sound like mine at all!! You have throttle response from idle upward and it actually runs without sounding like some choked up demon.
It sounds very neat and very much in tune did you tune the engine yourself? Oh #OOPS#, is this sidedraughts old motor?! The dellorto's and 1600cc spec just clicked. Nice work.

Yeah its sidedraughts old motor, I changed a few things and that messed with the tuning etc so I'm still trying to get the tuning right. It revs so nicely with no load but on the road its being a pig.
I thought yours sounded great when it was reving! You can view topic.
