I lent the weldcorp to Datski & Beiber and it was not working properly after that, so I took it back to bunnings and got a new one. Not bad for an self taught amatuer with a cheap gasless :)

well it was working ok on low with the .8 i had in, it wasnt till i changed it to the .9 it started to do stupid stuff. and as for the welder mine is better but there was contaminants on it from the stupid gasless welder but i know my weld will hold as im sure your one will too now
also i have just bolted the gearbox in properly and is completely mounted as well as putting the extractors on and the carby....starting to look like a car again :o)

pfft i seen brett weld that with his work welder ! and when you welded it ,it just fell off when you moved it hahaha
nice work brett ,shouldnt be long till the engine bay is done ! how did you go with the clutch lined up properly ? make any difference when bolting it up ?

yeah was easy to put on...there was nothing wrong with the work welder just someone fiddling with the gass pressure...bloody bieber bastard!

the engine bay is looking nice an clean and tidy....

car looks great brett, you worried about the wrap making the extractors rust out over the long term? apparently the retain air woisture once cooled and can cause cracking and rusting out of the metal underneath. You can view topic.
