Pretty much there are only two impedence values of injectors. One uses a dropping resistor, and the other doesn't. You could look at any other car engine bay (at the wrecking yard) and trace the injector loom to see if it has a dropping resistor similar looking to the Nissan one. You will see the CA18det one has 4 resistors.
You could pull it apart and get replacements from an electrical supplier.

another one ya's. is there a direct replacement for the dropping resistor from nissan or is there another different one i can wire in??? cheers
