the car has been wrapped in industrial cling wrap and stapped in a car cover! this is where it will stay probably for the next 3 years unless someone buys it!

Wrapped in industrial cling wrap in my theory it would sweat and therefore start to rust again especially as its just in primer which absorbs moisture as its not a sealant. Even if painted i reckon it would sweat. If moisture has no way of getting out, Where does it go ?? It seeps in.
