Been offline a while. Engine is back out of car. I had a flywheel go loose on my last summer. Instead of checking it for true-ness, I slapped it back on and got a slight vibration. Thought it might have been the clutch or tranny shaft but after removing the engine again for probably the 5th time this year, I found out that the flywheel was out of wack. So new flywheel and clutch disk/pressure plate are going back on. Other items are a new oil pan and some brake lines. My modified oil pan was leaking so I am going to start from scratch and build a new one with more capacity. Im going to modify the front crossmember to take a deeper pan as well. Ive been having leaking brake lines (hence the black fenders) at the connections in some places so I am going to replace those lines.

I just figured something out this past week. My prior modified Supercharged/Nitrous'd A15 that I was running prior years until I blew it up, well I had my homemade Nitrous jet diameter measured (.046) and found out I was running a 100hp shot instead of 50hp. Ive learned to not do this kind of stuff anymore and am try to do things in a more controlled manor. Right now I am running a (.031) jet which gives me around 45hp. I'm thinking of stepping that up to 75hp this coming year. I hope to someday get this darn thing dyno'd.

Ernie, haven't seen anything from you in a while on the forum. I finally got the sr20det all mounted in the 210. Now it's on to the mod stage, (i guess i should get it running first).

Just posted a picture of my new oil pan.
New brakelines installed to the rear. I need a new master cylinder for my brakes though. Going to order one from Jegs!. New flywheel and clutch ready to go in. Will have the car back together soon. Maybe this will be the season to get down to Portland.

That 210 is going to be fast! Right now I'm going to run the Z24 but if I ever come across a KA24, I may step up to that. That will and an extra 50 or 60 HP.
Hope to meet up with you some time this summer.

Slow process due to other projects as well but I'm finding time to work on this badboy.

After replacing most of the brake lines I decided that the master cylinder and clutch cylinder should be replaced as well. Looking online I chose a couple of Wilwoods from Jegs.com . A 7/8" for the brakes and a 3/4" for the clutch. Both bolt up to the firewall but the plungers needed to be modified to accept the 1200 pedals.

Motor still needs to go back in but I need to cut the front end of the car out to get it in. The motor was a tight fit before I built the new oil pan. Since the pan is deeper, there is no way I am going to get it in without breaking something.

Racing does not start again for a couple of months so I have time.
This seems to be a never ending project.

A few more items completed.

The supercharger plumbing is completed so the engine can be put back in the car. I had a guy do the welds aluminum better than me. Im glad that he did it. It looks a lot nicer.
Got the pipe from : http://www.siliconeintakes.com/

Their prices are great and the quality is great as well.

Bought some new racing seats so another project is on the way.
The passenger seat tracks are mounted in place. Just have to bolt down the seat. After that its off to getting the drivers seat done

Picked up a rollcage from a friend. Needs to be modified to fit in my car but easily done.

After all that, I believe I am done and ready for the race season. I hope.

Looking really nice, not as shiny as mine but shiny does not mean faster, can't wait till we battle.
