Where are you from Ronald,perhaps you could up date your details.
If you where from my part of the world you would,nt think twice about replacing the bearings as these gearboxes here are worth as much as feeding a family in a third world country for a few years.
I guess where ever you are you have an endless supply if it,s such a big deal to get it out.
Please advise location so i can arrange to freight some in.

I need to lower the engine crossmember juz to take out the trans...
Cant do it at my home so i need to send to my frens workshop which cost more...
BTW can i swap the gear set from 60A to my 60L??

When your accelerating, the countershaft and main shaft are trying to move away from each other under considerable force, alot more force than decel/cruise. When in 4th gear, the input shaft and main shaft are locked together, the bearing in between should be stationary,(no noise). In all other gears, the bearing is turning, as the input/output speeds are different, (when you have noise).

Nah not realy, beacause as the load increases it gets louder to the point where you can here it through the thick alloy case and trans tunnel.
