Yeah thanks fellas just goin with stock exhaust manifold to 2 inch. After all will be plenty more poke than A12 Auto and stock L16 manual.

Resolved the situation with standard exhaust manifold. No need for extractors thanks they take to much to fit anyways and there a rip off.
