Big thanks to Boofhead and Pigdog for helping me out with the exhaust manifold flange.

I ordered a heap of 32mm ID butt weld bends to have them turn up and measure 35mm!!
Ive ordered some more at 26mm to have a look. It looks like it will be a compromise either way.

Im trying to use an intake manifold i made
a few years ago cos i dont want to start again. but length has to be added to make it fit and fuel rails and injector bosses have to be made. The runners will end up 700mm long but i dont see a way around it without a lot of work.

I feel the end of March deadline approaching too fast already!

Because this is a trial for the twin cam engine, im using all of the same accesories on this engine inc turbo just to test everythig and get familiar with electronic boost control, injector staging and the electric water pump setup.
This will save alot of sorting when i do the engine swap. The turbo and injectors will be too big for this engine but im going to use them anyway.

LOL.... Na, Im going to use a low boost actuator and then use electronic waistgate control to better control the boost.

That will throw out all of our estimates.

Im looking for a low boost waistgate actuator. The one i have is 15psi and im wanting something closer to 7psi. Can anyone help me out?
