what motor? I'm running an sr and i've got 275lb springs and thats stiff for the road. If running a series 250 would probably be as stiff as you'd ever want to go

Stock front spring rate is 91 pounds.

150, 175 are commonly used

250 is for racing.

I'm running 175lb springs with an a series and even that feels stiff considering factory is 90lb. I guess it comes down to how much suspension travel you have and how you're going to drive it.
