Hey Dude,

The intercooler piping runs behind the battery so you don't really have to move it for that reason.

But if you want to remove it, normal practice is to 'drill out' the spot welds that hold the tray in place, you then weld up the drilled holes where the spot welds were and sand down the welds to get it all looking flush and smooth.

Tell you what, you might want to get to pulling apart a stock dizzie and locking/removing the centrifugal weights. You don't want any detonation....

hi im trying to remove the battery shelf if thats what is called in my car as i am relocating the battery to make room any ideas?? thanks
