Changing the jets won't help get the carburetor started.

Probably it is either a spark problem, or fuel blockage problem.
Do you have the choke plate closed?

the past owner was trying to rebuild the old hitachi carb, when i got the car i decided to swap the carb to a 32/36 weber. well i did the swap but had some problem connecting the emission stuff, i got the car to start for a few seconds then nothing so i removed some of the emission control stuff and now it wont start at all.?
also whats the best jets for a stock a15 with a 32/36 weber?
i will add some picture when i take them later
