yeah they've built a new park in civic, it's pretty crazy. canberra is sort of boring if you have no friends or a life. to me though i spend almost all my spare time workin on cars and then when i wanna drive them the roads are great and there's no traffic :)

Oh yeah I used to hang at Havelock a fair bit. We probably know each other? They used to call me "spit".

Lol Adrenalin were awesome! I lived in Havelock House for a while with members of Pod People and remember them playing there at one of the partys in defiance of the cops who were trying to shut it down... ah good times :)

The Pheremones, Adrenalin, Fist-Action, Grinder, Breathe, Susco. I also used to play the covers circuit with Special K.

I had a blue Datto 1200 wagon which was probably the ultimate vehicle for carting gear, I just bought another one specifically for carting.

I used to play in all those venues: Terrace, Terminus, Asylum, ANU, Gypsy bar. All of it was gone by the time I left there about eight years ago, now there really is nothing.

lol had so many good times in the southside woden/tuggers area... some good times northside but spent more time down south.

i remember the rock ape, ANU bar (monster magnet, forte, and a few of my mates bands), this downstairs place in civic right near the interchange where i went a saw Henrys Anger a couple times and Mick Hart... so many bands and so much wild turkey lol

alot of people i know say canberra is a boring place but when you get into the music, car, bmx scenes its an awesome place.

except for the cold.

Yeh Im the same mate, not sure, most of the time im afraid of what Ill remember from my teenage years there ;) Terrace Bar and the Asylum will always be remembered fondly though...

The pine forests were awesome, I learnt to drive in them back in the day you got your full licence at 16, taking and doing things to a Suzuki Alto to where no Suzuki Altos have gone or done before(maybe this is where my love for small cars came from)
We spent a lot of time in them getting up to all kinds of mischief, still never found those witches covens and satanic cults that were rumoured to hang out in them :)
