you can get LED interior light replacements.. fancy as.. ;)

Just replace the stock headlights with new ones of the same type. It will be much brighter and won't cost much.

the H4 conversion is awesome, if you use the 55/60's you can get away without relays, if you go 55/100's definitely smash in a relay.. I've always used the Hella or Narva conversion, it's an awesome upgrade to the 1000, you'd be surprised..
