How hard can it be to make them if you had access to a lathe?
I remember working with this stuff called Delrin at uni, it was cheap as to buy and machined beautifully, have heard you can use it to make bushes?

Its a 1 piece steel outer bush... sure your number is right ? Or are you using them in an upper situation and you don't have a lower ? Either way... one is missing off your list

Hey Dundee or anyone, do you have the part number for the leaf spring rest rubbers...yknow the ones that are NOT bump stops but everyone calls them that, yknow the ones you cut for lowering.
Are they still available? I want to lower my front a bit but would like to have the option of returning to stock should my imminent return to the apple isle require some more clearance ;)
