As for the heater, no luck at all ... I think my the time i get one it'll be summer ...

I'm pulling the later model heater out of my car to install the early model again, after I've finished cleaning it up. The one in there at the moment (later model) has been completely pulled down stripped and re-painted, it's basically brand new. Not sure if you're interested in that, it took me ages to rebuild.

I found another set of black seat belts from a later vehicle that look to be in good nick, I need to collect them though and have a good look at them. Not sure if those would do you for a while until you get some better ones.

Mirrors on Yahoo Auctions

There are eight Datsun 1000 mirrors for sale today, the majority are new old stock. Well, only seven as one is really a Datsun 1200 mirror.

Round is STD trim, rectangle is DX trim.

says it is a 1968 Deluxe unit. It has the fixed mount point, so if it gets pranged, the guard gets it too. The 1969 has a flexible mount like the Datsun 1200s mirrors (and is top-mount ditto). These are mounted to the side of the guard
