Help me ID year of manufacture of US 4dr sedan

My state DMV (vehicle registration) is giving me a hard time on my 4dr 1200 sedan.

Since there is no vin # on the dash in "the usual place" (left hand dash upper corner), I need to prove that it is a 1969 as the previous title stated.

Any help in ID'ing would be appreciated.

It may have come from another Country.
It is left hand drive.
