Hi mate
They have a cold map set up.

Does your car still have the idle controller on the plenum?

Is your coolant temp sensor connected?

Have you put the ECU into diagnostic mode to see if it throws up any codes?

Am I correct in assuming you are talking about temps in fahrenheit?
Matty

ummmm, been a while since i have been playing with my ca.... try ure throttle position sensor... u can adjust the idle a bit there... make sure u are getting the correc resistances between the pins at full and no throttle...

or i kniw ca's have a fast idle setting on startup... which is related to the temp sender from memory... cant remember

my ca18det won't idle when cold. not until about 130-140 degrees. was wondering if they have a cold start injector or run richening setup through the coolant temp sensor or something... maybe this sensor is faulty???? really annoying.... especially when your already late for work. haha
