Sumith, 40 years ago an old mechanic told me to wait till its dark, lift the bonnet and get someone to rev the car so that you can see if sparks are jumping anywhere.Give it a try.

Hi Guys

I got a wired problem with datto, it doesn’t pull as usual pickup is very low, checked the spark plugs, cylinder 2 plug was wet and all the others were dry and white color as usual, so installed the wet spark plug to another cylinder and ran it and saw then it was dry , so assumed that all the spark plugs are ok ,my mechanic said that ignition coil is bad and leaking electricity, what is the best way to check ignition coil ?
later I checked the contact point it was ok, but rotor had a burn mark , so I sand paper it, still car has the same problem, suddenly for few seconds it pulls as usual then again like a tractor,
When cold start it has a misfire between 2000 -3000K rpm also but only once then after no more misfire.
So what do you guys guess? I want to 100% confirm whether it is really the ignition coil before buying it if not I am loosing 25 $. Or is there any thing wrong with engine cylinder, checked the exhaust tail it is black but no sign of oil burn at all, it is dry
Is wrong or faulty ignition coil will affect only one spark plug to be wet and others to be dry ?
Or is it something with distributor cap? Your help is extremely needed guys.
I got LUCAS Barrel type liquid Ignition coil it is older than 4 Years

Thanks
Regards
sumith
