No worries Jeremey.

Sorry the flanges are getting made tomorrow morning, the 29th rather than the 28th, slight mixup there.

I'm hoping they start work immediately but it may take a few days depending on how busy they are.

I think these were completed late this afternoon, alloy ones are yet to go.

There was some confusion with the order for the stainless sets. I forgot to cancel Steveo's order which was good for him because he wrote last night saying he was still keen, so I rang and added another set thinking I had canceled his previous set.

The cutter is offering the cut flanges up against new old stock oval port heads, new old stock round port heads and a new old stock GX head that I left with him and he called today to let me know they line up real good. Which I'm happy about, so it all sounds good.

Few fellas there had a chuckle at the size of the heads; "Is that a motorbike head?"

JUst tell them they are bike heads, they produce more power per cc and more
reliable than their dinosaur auto heads :)

Nah I was too proud to say they were something else!

I couldn't give two shts what people think about the A-series, I like them and they're cheap & reliable, so they suit my circumstances perfect.

Alongside some of the other gear there they really did look small. I had the H145 there as well to check the shim fitment, they chuckled even more when they saw that.

Cheers.

Sorry there are no extra's unless someone bails. You may want to talk to the guys who bought extra's. If I were to get rid of mine I'd be selling on eBay and looking for somewhat of a profit.

All SS and MS flanges are cut and are ready for pickup whenever I can get in there.

By the way is 5083 Aluminium Alloy okay for the flanges??

That's what has been priced and recommended for the flanges, best to double check that too, so does anyone have any comment?

5083 is generaly Marine Grade, has a higher copper content.

Welds nice, should be fine for inlet manifolds.
