Not everyone seems to want to cough up the money now - having interest is one thing, putting the money up is another.
I hope it wont change the price too much.

No, it's too early to make that assumption.
A drop in numbers may change the price. Buy an EOI resulting in a 100% commitment is rather ambitious so I have taken that into account when getting quotes and made some allowances. It is all okay, I only called for deposits mid-week. Some of these guys access the forums once a week. There are a handful that have transferred but haven't cleared.
