2k thats a lot, but in AUS your lucky if you can find one at any price. I wouldn't sell mine for $20000 and the bodywork is crap!

yeah i thought it was abit much but i knew i would kick myself if i missed out on it
mainly paid it cause it was complete with all the chrome and the doors werent to badly damaged

That's not a bad price considering it is fairly complete and rolling. It's a good starting point where you can get a good understanding at what needs doing.

Doors are a pain, they are coupe doors but with a higher glass run channel/pillar thingy? Sorry the pain killers are messing with my head, I need to sleep.

yeah apparently the doors are the same length as the coupe, but the top but is the same height as the sedan, would be a pain to make up a door let alone get glass to match it
im thinking of putting in a flat firewall just for that clean look, or should i keep it stock looking and leave it, not too sure i think the flat firewall would look so clean and tidy, but like a said before dont want to take it too far away from stock looking, opinions appreciated

Yeah i agree with both sides of that story, flat would be clean and once all the original/needed holes are bored and drilled it wont look that much different, especially with paint on it all. Is that a late ute cross member i see in there ?

i agree flat would look good, would just neaten the bay right up i think
