It sad but its always the 1200s I also see in very patched up and horrid condition.
I guess the cops these days are too scared to get their hands dirty and feel sorry for them somewhat.

probably more scared of cathcing something off the drivers- if you see the ones at the supermarket apparently "busking" for money- they cant sing or play a guitar (neither can i so i dont tend to ever do the 2 at the same time)
