Gday fellas, found this 120y on classified site. Wondering what the carby or webber assembly on this
might be ?? Is the little blue air filter on the rocker cover to relive pressure or something ??

That's just a breather. It adds no peformance.
It appears to have:
* Holley G180 Carburetor ??? with automatic (water-heated) choke
