maybe the centre cam bearing oil holes are not lined up properly or moved, then that won't let oil to go to the top of engine(rocker gear)this will cause seized rocker, cheers

Unlikely. The cam and lifter is not lubed by the rocker shaft.

Also there are two "long" oil bolts, which are the same length:

11057-H2301 BOLT-CYLINDER HEAD LONG, TO OIL GALLERY (TO 6/73)
11057-H5000 BOLT-CYLINDER HEAD LONG, TO OIL GALLERY (FROM 7/73)

I have checked the head bolts and the long one is at the oiler hole. Could this oiler hole maybe be blocked and if so how do I clear it, We have been driving the ute for 3 months with that noise, its getting worse not better.
