No relay for brake lights, they should work with ignition off. Must be wired to the ignition circuit...but why???

yes andy your right
brake lights and horn should work whether the ignition is on or not i remeber with my 120y the horn uses a relay which is located under the dash board near the blinker can. anyway that should get power even when the ignition is off and for the brake lights im not too sure if they use a relay or not.

Didnt title it as a problem cause it may not be. My brake lights and horn only work when the ignition is at ON. Shouldn't they work even with no key in the ignition ? Its been so long since i played with a going 1200 that i cant remember if this is normal. but im sure its not.
