Boring out the A12A will not make it an A14, but would make it a 1.3 liter. You would not even notice any power increase, since the A12A already has a fairly large bore to start with.
You do not need new transmission or new engine. Obtain good condition used ones.
The wiring does not need to be replaced.
When you obtain the 5-speed (or 4-speed), get the matching:
* driveshaft
* clutch, including master cylinder and slave cylinder
* flywheel
* transmission crossmember
Any 210 engine with manual transmission gets better fuel economy than the automatic. But the 5-speed gets better economy than the 4-speed.
