Site needs a couple of simple security measures on sign-up to keep the spammers at bay. Or (personal preference) introduce a paid membership, but I guess the site will only get smaller.

clyons8 that is always the issue.
A other method, but could have the same effect as paid membership, in South Africa, do not know about other countries, if you add a credit card to your paypal account, they put a transaction thru on the card with a unique identifier number, you then take that number and register it on paypal site, they reverse the transaction, so it costs you nothing, you just need the $5 or something, that way they know you are legit and the owner of the card.
