what valve spring should i use

hey i pulled a part my head and the inner valve spring are not all the same, i dont no what the outer springs are but it looks bit bigger the a stock spring. a stock spring pressure at 40mm was around 20pounds and the outer spring theat was on the head was at 40mm it was 50pounds.

i was going to put new sping on the head and wanted 2 no what people have used on there heads?

some 1 told me i can you holden red moter spring
