it is a good engine and a good swap you really will feel the difference, but please don't ever swap another type engine into a sedan :P

Thanks guys,I won't swap another type engine into the sedan

Racer135 It definatly a15 exhaust differs,Stamped on the block.I plan to open it Tuesday come.!

Today I just washed it with some degresser,came up pretty well,Just the sump pretty much to do.

I am confused on a part thats on it. I would really like your guys suggestions,do you know what they are for as my 1200 is stock weather I should use them or not.Thanks...

sincerely, i opted for not using any of those ¨water pipes¨ or ¨gas recirculation valve¨ or all the things it has from factory, my a15 was just a carb, a dizzy, oil pump and alternator :P ¨i usually downshift my car when i see a prius so they can hear me hurting the environment¨ :P

This circled in red is EGR. Datsun 1200 did not use it. The 1200 met even the tough California emissions for 1973 with using the EGR valve. You can leave it on the engine and it will do nothing, it will not affect performance.

This part is a thermal vacuum switch. It connect the two hoses when engine is warm. I would leave it in the engine, as you need something to keep the coolant from leaking out. Or you could remove it and find a certain bolt or plug, but who knows what size it is?
