You scored up a 2dr Chris?
Mine is a GL and came with the standard bonnet and standard metal grille, cant notice many changes from the other models but I didn't get the original steering wheel, center console, radio and gearknob.

EDIT: Does anybody have a spare side GL badge? I am missing one :).

Yeah grill was definitely featured on the DX 2 doors but I have no images/info of the inside of the car. Not too fussed about the bonnet as they cost a fortune anyway!

The bonnet supplied was more dependant on the year od manufacture, the GL/GX facelift bonnet was only fitted to B110's after 72. Im thinking a DX was more of a STD spec car with a few options above totally std. e.g cig lighter, radio etc

Was there a GL or GX version of the 2 door? I didn't think so but confirmation would be appreciated.

If I were to restore my 2 door to a DX standard what equipment would I need to make it true DX version (should I say replica?).

Grill (GX GL style as above image)
Dash (GX , GL Syle as above)
Steering Wheel (as above image)

What else was included in these DX models? I thought they featured the GL GX Bonnet but they never had these, is that correct?

DX = Deluxe
GX = Grand Luxe

They are totally different. GX is two steps above DX. Here's the order:
1. STD
2. DX
3. GL
4. GX

So is the DX trim similar to the GX and GL trim? I'm sorry I'm confused now.

If the two door sedan did not come in GX format but in DX format hows does it differ to GX exactly?

All of them, including 1200 pickup and wagon. Or did wagon only come in standard, semi-dx and super-dx. Depends on the year and the market.

Okay the DX trim was featured on the coupe, sedan and 2 dr sedan?
