does the r31 diff have to cut down or can the guards just be flared? Going to be used in my coupe race car. I heard they just flared the guards on escorts when using them but the I read that the each side of the diff is a different length or is it just the shafts are different lenghts.

Cheers

diff is 155mm, or there abouts, wider than stock

up to you wether or not you think that you can just run flares to cover it...if the front isnt really wide then its going to look funky and have a bit of an affect on the cars handling charactoristics i would think
