i just bought a set of complete stanza struts with shocks etc. what do i need to fit them in my '82 ute? these were already fitted to a ute previously.

if they were in a ute the hard work should be done...

usually need to use 120y castor rods,

if the struts you have are still using stanza strut tops you will need to drill out the three holes for the studs in the top of your strut towers, if the strut tops have been changed to 1200 ones you will not need to do this

otherwise just make sure everything is in good condition and start fitting them in!

they already have the 1200 tops on them, so i hope it's just fit and go. they will be going in tomorrow. picking up the new brakes for it and repainting it today.

it is not difficalt any one can do it. its the to 3 bolts that nead to be changed or drilled at the top.
at the botom where the strat joins to the lowercontrole arm, If thy were fitted check what side it had been sloted (problaby inwards)
you have to slot the stearing rod arms outwatds so the holes match, bolt them in and bob your uncle
