Brakes Brakes Brakes

Since everyone was talking brakes this past month I thought that I had better rebuild mine, actually I have been leaving it till last. So I have rebuilt the calipers with new slave cylinders and rubber kits (cost $170 for all from ABS Brakes)

Description:
Front: A10 Stanza with the bigger Girlock Calipers
Rear: 910 Bluebird Girlock discs (with drums for the handbrake)
Master Cyl: boosted, 11/16, separate reservoirs for front and rear fluid

Problem: although I can bleed all the lines the rear brakes don't engage

help

13/16th ? I am open to replacing the master if it will fix the issue.

I opened up the rear line that goes to the axle and got a good look at the fluid flow while someone pumped the brake it was less than half the flow that was going to the front and did not flow freely .... I think I need to flush or replace the steel line? ...

I got a 28 day permit drive the ute on the road ... the shake down begins

Brakes dont work properley - took off the master cyl again at tomoz this time ... we took out the little springs and rubber valves out of the bottom and now they work perfectly.

But now there is an intermittent grinding noise in the bell housing and the tranny pan is leaking .... more work to redo

Still have to get weight test, noise test and then engineers review and brake test

actually got somewhere today!

Auto came out and fixed the seal .... was dripping due to some 'work' done in fixing a broken bolt (one problem caused another)

all back together and went to get some tests - noise, weight

Noise test - FAILED
Weight Test - PASSED ... It's not like it can fail that .... with 3/4 tank of fuel it came in at 980 Kgs
